Minds & More is a boutique coworking studio and members’ club. Our space is home to freelance stylists, creatives, and collaborators — and open to clients who book directly with them.

Our real-time booking system allows you to view availability and request appointments online 24/7. You will receive an email confirmation once your booking is accepted.
If you don’t receive confirmation within 1 hour during opening times (or if you receive a rejection email), please contact us directly to confirm. -
Each stylist manages their own cancellation policy. As a general guideline, we recommend giving at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Please check directly with your stylist for their exact terms.

Yes — Minds & More offers bridal, event, and shoot services with our members. These require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, followed by full payment before the service date.
If a booking is cancelled at the last minute, the full payment is non-refundable.

Please respect shared spaces — keep chairs, basins, and the kitchen tidy, and store belongings in your locker or designated storage.

Eco-friendly biodegradable towels and gowns are provided. The backwash is fitted with eco shower heads — please ensure clients are comfortable while supporting our eco ethos.

Our boutique studio is designed for a one-client-per-stylist experience. If you wish to work with two clients simultaneously, please check with management first.

Membership fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started. Memberships cannot be paused for holidays. In special cases (illness, maternity/paternity leave), we will do our best to support you. One month’s notice is required to cancel.

All members must hold valid liability insurance and provide proof upon joining.

The studio is open Monday to Saturday. Sundays are available by request. Opening hours are flexible and by appointment.

Lockers and storage are provided. Minds & More cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to members’ property.

We do not have a waiting area. Please avoid bringing extra guests unless agreed in advance.

Keep the studio calm, professional, and welcoming. Always leave your station clean and tidy.

We occasionally host pop-ups, residencies, and private events. Terms for collaborators and space hire are agreed individually in writing
