Clients booking hair, makeup, or on-location services must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

On-location services: deposits are non-refundable if cancelled within 3 days of the event.

Members are expected to manage their bookings responsibly and update the system if plans change.

There are no late cancellation fees for members.

Membership and space-use fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started.

Members must hold valid liability insurance and provide proof upon joining.

Members are responsible for client patch tests.

Minds & More cannot accept responsibility for loss, damage, or allergic reactions.

Minds & More occasionally hosts pop-ups, residencies, and events.
All terms for collaborators or space hire are agreed individually in writing.

Please do not misuse our site, upload harmful content, or infringe intellectual property rights. We may refuse or cancel bookings if these terms are breached.

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law.

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Lisbon.
